Refund and Cancellation Policy No refunds will be issued.
Mark’s Music Lessons reserves the right to cancel any lesson for any reason without notice. Refunds will be given only for lessons cancelled by Mark’s Music Lessons and only if other arrangements cannot be agreed upon. Mark’s Music Lessons does not offer make up lessons or credits for missed lessons. If you are unable to attend your lesson you may allow another student to participate in your place. No refunds or price adjustments will be made.
All lesson book sales, whether accompanying Mark’s Music Lessons or sold separately from Mark's Music Lessons are final sales. No refunds or exchanges will be issued or permitted.

Mark's Music Lessons reserves the right to refuse service at any time, without refund, to participants who disregard these Terms of Use.

OR I am the parent or legal guardian of a minor named above and hereby provide my consent for him or her to participate in Mark's Music Lessons AND for Mark's Music Lessons to charge my credit card for said lessons. I have read, understood and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
